We work with a translation tool, called PoEditor. We can invite contributors to help translate the strings used in the TRACX app. The translations are all managed by the TRACX community (event organizers, timers, sales consultants).
Currently we have the following languages available in PoEditor:
- Chinese Traditional
- Dutch
- English
- Greek
- Russian
- Slovak
- Spanish
If your language is not available, please contact support@tracx.events our team can invite you to our platform, set up your languages and explain you how to make any translations.
Requirements to upload the latest language translations file into any app:
- Check if the language exists in PoEditor
- Check when the app was last updated, to see if it contains the latest translations. Because only when an app is built it will pull the latest PoEditor translations.
- Check if >80% is translated as the language is only added if enough strings are translated
