You can connect with our Live Server through the TCP/IP exporter. You can find the details of the setup in your TRACX dashboard when you navigate to Timing Setup

  • Check the error logs in the Live Timing page in the TRACX dashboard to validate if a connection was established with the live server
  • Check if the TCP/IP exporter is properly configured. Try to reconnect the exporter
  • Check if at least one T&S location is connected with your exporter
  • Delete the exporter and set it up again
  • If no connection can be established contact support
